A new version of MinActionPath’s NewPathTrajectory (written by Patrice Koehl) is now available for you to try.
It has a nice new graphical interface on the output due to Mustafa Tekpinar and Rafael Navaza.
A test version of Normal Modes Analysis for very large PDB files is also availbale, using Delaunay neighbours and Go Energy model.
Due to some security issues, our other web services are not available outside campus.
We apologize for this situation and are working on a new and secure implementation for them.
